How to Apply to the Medical Toxicology Fellowship

 

Pre-requisites: ABEM certified or eligible emergency physician.

 

Applications will be accepted starting in late spring and interviews will be scheduled as soon as all of the application materials are received. Interviews will be offered after all of the application materials are received.

 

Required Materials

  • Three letters of recommendation (including residency PD)
  • Personal Statement
  • CV
  • USMLE scores

 

Materials should be sent to the fellowship director and the fellowship coordinator.
