Post-Doctoral Position

Job Description:

The Emergency Medicine and Neuroscience Research laboratory is currently in search of two (2) post-doctoral candidates. The selected candidate(s) will conduct research using animal stroke models. The NIH-funded research programs are highly interdisciplinary, involving animal surgery to produce stroke models, genetically modified mouse models, molecular and cellular biology, monoclonal antibody production, confocal and electron microscopy, and quantitative histological analysis. 

Job Requirements:

PhD and/or MD degree in biomedical fields is required.  The ideal candidates should have experiences in animal stroke models, cell culture, and cellular and molecular biology analysis.
