Clinical Research Scholar Conferences

Fellows are expected to present their research findings at the major regional and national conferences throughout the course of their fellowship. This generally includes the national American College of Emergency Physicians Conference as well as the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine Conference. Once a fellow determines their area of focus, they may choose to submit abstracts to smaller, sub-specialty conferences. Research dissemination is highly encouraged by the department and fellows will receive financial support to attend conferences, provided that they have an accepted abstract.
